WHAT TO EXPECT
Booking your appointment:

If you are physician or dental staff, please find the referral form download at the bottom of this page.
Your first visit will be booked for 50 minutes. This will show up as a 60-minute block in the booking schedule. After you have booked your appointment, you will be emailed a questionnaire to complete. Please complete this and email it back to us prior to your visit, or bring it along on your first visit.
48 hours before your appointment, you will be sent an email reminder of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment so that we can schedule someone else in your spot.
Financial Policy
Your treatment plan will be discussed with you during your initial visit. Your billing will reflect any services provided. Payment for the visit is due at the time of the visit. Credit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit, cash and cheques are accepted for your convenience. An official receipt will be provided for you to claim the expense under your insurance if you have coverage. You may be able to claim up to 100% of your treatment fee, depending on your plan.
